We are looking for an HCPC registered Clinical Psychologist to develop a clinical academic career within a team committed to providing a high standard of training in clinical psychology. Leeds has a longstanding and highly regarded clinical psychology training programme. We are a close knit, friendly and supportive team, with excellent links with clinical psychology and expert by experience colleagues in West Yorkshire. We also regularly collaborate with academic colleagues in the Institute for Health Sciences.As a Lecturer, you will carry out scholarship and teaching activities within the programme. There is an expectation that you will help develop teaching in an area of expertise and take on doctoral research supervision of trainee projects. As an academic tutor, you will support trainees in developing critical appraisal and study skills and will also work closely with clinical tutors and support and technical staff on the team. You will also be supported in developing your own skills and interests within clinical psychology.Leeds has an eclectic approach to different psychological therapies and research methodologies, and an emphasis on personal and professional development, reflective practice, and an appropriately critical appraisal of evidence. Three full time roles available: two ongoing and one Fixed term for 24 monthsThis role will be based on the university campus.Joining the on-site Campus IT Service Desk Team you will act as first point of contact for enquiries to IT Services. You will work with a diverse range of customers, technologies and devices, solving problems and finding solutions to IT issues. With responsibility for triaging incoming enquiries and calls, you will work to provide a first time fix service for straightforward incidents and issues referring more complex issues to 2nd and 3rd line support teams across the IT Service. You will have excellent customer service skills and be able to translate technical information to a wide range of users. You will be able to resolve a variety of technical issues, troubleshooting and providing first line and second line fixes for desktop, laptop, tablet and mobile devices. With a professional approach, excellent communication skills, you will be working as part of a team to manage your own workload, playing a key role in ensuring users can access core IT services. The Marketing Communications Adviser, Student Engagement is focussed on delivering high-quality, audience-focused marketing communications that strengthens and enhance the experience of our current, future, and international students. Alongside four other advisers, and part of a supportive team, this role contributes to campaigns and initiatives that inform, inspire, attract, and retain students, ensuring alignment with university brand, tone, and strategic priorities.This is a full-time permanent role.
