    Āu Mahi | What You Will Do
    We invite applications for a permanent position at the rank of Lecturer in Supply Chain Management. We are seeking to appoint an outstanding scholar to contribute to the development of our Operations and Supply Chain Management group. The group has a strong focus on supply chain sustainability to support the University’s strategic mission of ‘engaging, empowering and making a difference’. Applicants conducting empirical research across any functional domain within the operations and supply chain field will be considered.

    Mōu | Who You Are
    Applicants should have a Ph.D. in a subject relevant to the position. Applicants should demonstrate a strong record of empirically based publications in internationally recognised high-quality academic journals, experience in the supervision of thesis students, have good teaching skills, and demonstrate an ability to secure research grants (all commensurate with experience). Applicants should have experience and/or be willing to teach introductory and advanced courses in supply chain management at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Candidates with teaching and research experience in supply chain management, logistics/distribution, and procurement will be favourably considered for the position.

    You will be comfortable in working situations that require adaptability as we transform our teaching via judicious use of digital technology, and have an open-minded viewpoint that respects biculturalism, diversity, and inclusion.

    This role sits within the Academic Staff, Associated Staff, and Academic Support Staff Collective Agreement and the following salary scale applies: Lecturer salary range: $94,181 – $113,616.
