Barista Supervisor

We’re looking for a confident, hands-on Supervisor to join the team at Pitchside Coffee, one of our busiest and most exciting outlets based at Surrey Sports Park.

Pitchside operates seven days a week, serving a high volume of customers across both daily trade and major sporting and event activity. It’s a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on quality, consistency, and customer experience.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys leading from the front, supporting a team, and taking pride in delivering a high standard, every day.

The Role

You’ll support the day-to-day running of the unit, working closely with the management team to ensure smooth, consistent operations. This includes:

• Leading shifts and supporting a team of staff
• Maintaining high standards in food quality, service and presentation
• Supporting training and development of team members
• Ensuring a positive and efficient working environment
• Contributing to the continued growth and success of the outlet

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a café, retail or hospitality environment
• Confidence leading a team in a busy setting
• Strong focus on customer experience and attention to detail
• A positive, proactive approach with the ability to take ownership
• Flexibility to work across a 7-day operation
