The Nottingham Advantage Award (NAA) is the University’s accredited employability award, supporting students to develop skills and attributes that will help prepare them for the world of work.
The Nottingham Advantage Award Support Officer is responsible for managing a range of administrative processes, providing information to students about the Award, and supporting conveners. You will play an active part in promoting and enhancing the Award, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently. This position involves regular interaction with students, employers, and a wide range of university staff. You will possess strong communication and relationship-building skills. You will have excellent organisational skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office applications—particularly Excel—and capable of managing a diverse and dynamic workload.
This is a permanent, part time role of 28 hours per week, based in the Portland Building on University Park Campus. You will be expected to work at least 60% of the time on campus. Interviews will take place in person on University Park on and will take the form of an Interview and Microsoft Excel exercise.â¯â¯
