    What you’ll be doing

    · Welcome new members and deliver engaging inductions

    · Create tailored fitness programmes to help members reach their goals

    · Lead group exercise classes that are fun, inclusive, and motivating

    · Offer guidance and support to members on the gym floor

    · Keep our facilities safe, welcoming, and inspiring for everyone

    What we’re looking for

    · NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Gym/Fitness Instructing

    · A genuine passion for health, fitness, and helping others succeed

    · Commitment, flexibility, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team

    · Confidence in delivering excellent customer service and engaging with a diverse community
