    Job Description:

    The interviews are expected to be held on the week commencing the 10th August 2026

    This role will be based on the university campus

    Residential Services provides accommodation for around 8,500 University of Leeds students in self-catered and catered sites, both on and off campus. We also provide facilities for meetings and conferences. We are an innovative service with a clear vision to provide some of the country’s best student accommodation.

    As an Assistant Residences Manager, you support the effective day-to-day operation of residences, helping to maintain high standards, deliver strong customer satisfaction, and ensure a positive experience for students, visitors, and conference guests.

    You are an organised and proactive professional with the ability to support, motivate, and work collaboratively with teams to deliver consistent service performance.

    With experience in a fast-paced residential, retail, or facilities environment, you contribute to frontline service delivery, assist with resource and budget management, and promote high standards of customer care.

    The role will require a Basic Disclosure Check.
