The Student Hubs team is the physical gateway to the Waipapa Taumata Rau | University of Auckland. We provide a welcoming, friendly, and mana-enhancing service for future and current students across their student journey.

We deliver a wide range of services to support student on their journey at Waipapa Taumata Rau | University of Auckland. Our primary function is to deliver high quality in-person and online services that support students holistically. Our services include:
- guidance and advice on being a student
- navigating the University systems, spaces and processes
- exploring study options
- application and enrolment support
- Library & Student IT services

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team of Student Hub Assistants who:
- Are collaborative team players who build positive relationships and contribute to a supportive team environment
- Take a proactive approach and work effectively both independently and with others
- Demonstrate reliability and a strong, positive work ethic aligned with our values
- Show empathy and genuine care in supporting tauira | students and colleagues
- Thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments and adapt to changing needs
- Bring a positive, energetic approach to engaging with tauira | students in a high-volume, complex work setting

Grafton Campus Student Hub Vacancy:
- Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 4:00 pm (37.5 hours)
The above vacancy is a permanent role. The salary range is $55,600 - $57,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
