    Join us as we launch the University’s new Gallery within Sunderland’s Culture House — the new home of the Northern Gallery for Contemporary Art (NGCA), a leading contemporary art space with over 50 years of impact.

    The Gallery Learning Facilitator role would be an excellent opportunity for University of Sunderland graduates to gain valuable hands-on experience within a professional gallery setting.

    You'll play an important part in delivering a welcoming visitor experience, supporting exhibitions and events, and contributing to learning and engagement activities that connect diverse audiences with contemporary art.

    Working alongside experienced colleagues, you'll develop practical skills in visitor engagement, cultural programming, gallery operations and community-focused learning, while helping shape an exciting new cultural destination for the University and the city.

    Please note: This role is 21 hours per week and operates on a shift pattern, including weekends.

    You're a University of Sunderland graduate who is enthusiastic, approachable and eager to start or develop a career within the arts, culture, education or visitor engagement sectors.
