Job Description:
- Purchasing and maintaining office supplies, administrative support for faculty office procurement.
- Provide travel related administration for Faculty staff, students, researchers and guests
- Supports the Faculty Office with general administration.

The Faculty of Design and Creative Technologies (DCT) is a vibrant, multidisciplinary faculty bringing together creativity, technology, and innovation. The faculty works closely with industry and community partners to deliver impactful teaching, research, and engagement.
The Opportunity | Te Whiwhinga mahi
This position is a 1 year Fixed Term, full-time role. Reporting to the Faculty of Design and Creative Technologies Project Co-ordinator, this role involves close collaboration with the faculty office and school staff.

- Salary Ranges | Ngā Utu: $62,000 - $81,000 per annum (dependent on experience and qualifications)
