Job Description:

This role will be based on the university campus, with scope for it to be undertaken in a hybrid manner. We are also open to discussing flexible working arrangements.

Are you ready to lead on the delivery of the annual Maintenance Works Plan (MWP) funded by a budget of up to £4 million? Projects will typically be in the range of £10K to £100K and you will be responsible for end-to-end delivery from inception to handover, including the compliant procurement of goods and services.
