Job Description:

Do you have experience in a HR or Recruitment role? Are you looking to develop your knowledge providing first line advice on HR policies and procedures?

As a key member of the team, you will provide a full range of HR processes. Our People Services Coordinators lead on either resourcing or lifecycle activities, but work collaboratively to deliver a professional, comprehensive, efficient and well regarded HR administrative services.

As People Services Coordinator you can expect to be involved in:

  • Providing a full range of core administrative processes as well as providing first line advice on HR policies and procedures.
  • General HR enquiries from both managers and staff.
  • Provide input into the review of current processes and procedures.

What will you bring to the role?

  • Foundation level CIPD qualification, or willingness to undertake.
  • Significant experience in a service based environment providing administrative support
  • Recent experience of working in a Human Resources and/or Recruitment role
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage a wide ranging workload with competing priorities
