Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Engineering Enterprise Fellow to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will work on an exciting project focused on the development of a cryogenic hydrogen technology. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to commercialisation of ground-breaking research with significant implications for sustainable energy solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the development of a cryogenic hydrogen technology from concept to prototype.
  • Conduct in-depth design analysis for potential products to demonstrate and evaluate commercial potential of the technology.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including researchers, engineers, and industry partners.
  • Develop and implement experimental protocols and procedures.
  • Produce performance models, evaluate prototype performance, prepare technical reports, and present findings to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices in cryogenic engineering.

Qualifications:

  • Ph.D. or equivalent experience/qualifications in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in development and demonstration of novel engineering systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects and meet deadlines.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
