Reporting to the Associate Director of Information Compliance and Data Protection Officer, the Information Compliance Officer will play a crucial role in ensuring the University’s compliance with UK GDPR, Freedom of Information, Records Management and Information Security regulations.

As an Information Compliance Officer, you will:

The successful candidate will possess exceptional communication and writing abilities enabling them to draft clear and concise responses, presentations and guidance. They will demonstrate a proven capacity to manage sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism. The successful candidate will exhibit flexibility and prioritisation capabilities, with a commitment to delivering targets efficiently.

This is a full-time (36.25 hours per week) fixed-term post for 3 years; job share arrangements may be considered.

If you are enthusiastic about information compliance and data protection, and thrive in a demanding environment, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
