About the role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactive and organised International Operations Officer to join the Student Recruitment Team. The role plays a key part in overseeing the organisation of the Student Recruitment Team, co-ordinating the office, liaising with Finance, HR and other professional services.
Leading on operational, financial and administrative tasks, supporting extensive inbound and outbound recruitment activity; the International Operations Officer will play a key role in the Student Recruitment Team.
This is a varied role that offers the opportunity to develop and apply high-level administrative expertise, build strong professional relationships across the Department and wider University, and make a meaningful contribution to the delivery of operations within the Student Recruitment Team.
About you
You will bring substantial experience of planning own work activities in response to differing needs and delivering to tight deadlines, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with a range of stakeholders effectively, confidently and with tact and diplomacy.
You will be confident working with a range of stakeholders at different levels. You will also demonstrate the ability to plan own work activities in response to differing needs and delivering to tight deadlines.
Essential experience and skills include:
- Working as part of a team in an office-based role
- Excellent planning, organisation, and communication skills
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- High-level IT skills
