Your next opportunity
Join us in the Content and Web team as we enter an exciting new phase following the recent relaunch of the University website. This is a key student recruitment tool used to promote the University and the city and you'll get to be part of its evolution.
Working in a tight-knit team, you'll assist with the day-to-day running of the website as well as on project collaborations with marketing and student recruitment colleagues.
You'll use our Content Management System daily to edit a variety of content. Our website's diverse content means every day will be different; you could get involved with research content one day, and course content the next. You'll work with a range of content formats, from short copy to long-form written articles, to multimedia outputs such as videos and imagery.
This is an opportunity to contribute to the continuous improvement of the website and give our users positive digital experiences that support them as they navigate their journey to university.
Is this you?
You're an effective team player who can also work independently across a range of projects. You'll enjoy writing and editing and can adapt your excellent writing skills to suit different audiences and formats. You can communicate well and are confident approaching colleagues across a range of different levels to assist them with their web content requests. You'll have a keen eye for detail and are enthusiastic about improving web content and processes that will help our users discover more about studying at the University of Sunderland.
