    We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals with commitment, flexibility, and a passion for customer care. You should be able to deliver excellent service, work independently and as part of a team, and be confident supporting front of house operations including taking bookings, creating memberships and till reconciliation.

    In return, we offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including staff discounts, travel schemes, excellent training and personal development opportunities, and a generous holiday allowance of 27 days (pro rata), plus standard bank holidays. You will also have access to leisure and childcare facilities across our campuses, as well as a contributory pension scheme.

    These posts are offered on a permanent (all year round) contract, with the following shift patterns.

    Post 1

    · Wednesday 0645-1500, Thursday 0645-1500, Friday 1430-2245 and Saturday 1445-2215.

    Post 2

    · Monday 1430-2245, Tuesday 1430-2245, Saturday 0745-1515 and Sunday 0745-1515.

    All staff at employed at Levels 1-3 will be eligible to claim unsocial hours (hours worked between 10pm and 6am) and weekend working enhancements. This payment will take the form of a 15% uplift for any time worked between 10pm and 6am and any hour(s) worked on a Saturday or Sunday.
